Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By using FlowSpace, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use the service in your location. Users under 18 need parent, guardian or school permission where required. You are responsible for your account, device access and accurate registration information.

3. The service

FlowSpace helps save, organize, safely close, restore and share supported browser-workspace references. Features may be experimental, unavailable or changed during development. FlowSpace does not guarantee that a third-party page remains online or that its contents remain unchanged.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use FlowSpace to break laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, overload the service, probe security without written permission or store content you are not allowed to process.

5. Your data

You retain rights in the workspace data you provide. You grant FlowSpace the limited permission needed to store, process, display, synchronize and export that data to operate the requested features.

6. Third-party services

Links and shortcuts to Google, Microsoft, Canva, GitHub and other services do not imply endorsement or partnership. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Paid plans

When live billing launches, the checkout page will show price, currency, billing period, taxes and included benefits before purchase. Subscriptions will renew until cancelled unless the checkout page states otherwise.

8. Backups and availability

FlowSpace is not a substitute for a complete backup system. Keep independent copies of important work. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect restoration or permanent availability.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access for security risks, abuse, non-payment or serious violations. You may stop using FlowSpace and request account deletion, subject to legal retention needs.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, FlowSpace is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, lost profits or third-party service failures. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Governing law and contact
