1. Who we are

FlowSpace is a browser-workspace productivity project operated from Indonesia. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to gimy81444@gmail.com or owen1663@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, FlowSpace may process account details, workspace names, groups, notes, colors, saved page titles, URLs, favicons, order, timestamps, synchronization and recovery records, subscription status, technical logs and support messages. URLs can reveal sensitive interests, so only save pages you are comfortable storing.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to provide workspace saving and restoration, synchronize supported records, recover work, operate accounts, improve reliability, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

4. Storage and providers

Some data may be stored locally in your browser. Signed-in features may use Supabase for authentication and supported cloud records. Future payments may be handled by a payment processor. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed to run FlowSpace, when you ask us to share or export a workspace, or when required by law.

6. Retention and control

We retain information only while needed for the service, security, legal obligations or resolving disputes. You can remove local workspaces, export supported data and request account-data deletion. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.

7. Security

We use reasonable access controls and secure transport where supported, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep independent copies of critical work and never store passwords inside workspace notes or page titles.

8. Children and students

FlowSpace is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 17 should use the service with parent, guardian or school permission where required. A legally capable adult should approve any paid purchase.

9. International processing

Service providers may process data outside your country. By using those features, information may be transferred subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as FlowSpace develops. The effective date above will change when material revisions are published.
